Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. That is more than the 14-day statutory withdrawal period under EU law, which of course also applies in full.
Supplements are sealed goods. For hygiene and health protection, LITSKI can only be returned if the bottle is unopened and the seal is intact. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned. This is the standard EU rule for sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed. Your statutory rights regarding faulty products are not affected.

Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless we sent you a faulty or incorrect item. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and, if approved, refund you on your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the refund.
Yearly plan
You can cancel your yearly plan at any time by emailing contact@shounow.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; shipments already paid for in the current plan year will still be delivered. The statutory right of withdrawal applies from the date the plan is purchased.
EU 14-day withdrawal right
As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, provided the product seal is intact. To exercise this right, email us within that period. We will refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
