THE LAB
A look inside our lab
Regular big nights leave a mark: acetaldehyde to clear, glutathione burned through, B vitamins and choline drawn down, oxidative stress across the system. Five actives, chosen to restock exactly that. Full doses on the label, nothing hidden.
Benfotiamine · 50 mg
Benfotiamine is the fat-soluble, highly bioavailable form of vitamin B1, absorbed substantially better than regular thiamine and reaching tissues that water-soluble forms struggle to reach.
B1 sits at the center of energy metabolism. It supports normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal nervous-system function, and the brain and nerves are its biggest consumers.
NAC (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine) · 600 mg
NAC is a precursor to glutathione, one of the body's most important antioxidants. Glutathione helps neutralize reactive compounds generated during metabolism, including those associated with alcohol, helping protect liver cells and other tissues from oxidative stress.
It also plays an important role in normal cellular function and the body's natural detoxification processes. LITSKI provides 600 mg of NAC.
Silymarin Phytosome® (Milk Thistle) · 260 mg
Silymarin is the active complex of milk thistle, the most studied botanical for the liver, with a traditional reputation going back centuries.
Plain silymarin absorbs poorly. That is why LITSKI uses a phytosome, silymarin bound to phospholipids for substantially better absorption, providing targeted nutritional support for normal liver function.
Alpha-GPC · 300 mg
Choline is an essential nutrient with a double job: the brain uses it to make acetylcholine, the signaling molecule behind focus and memory, and the liver needs it to maintain normal function.
Alpha-GPC is the most bioavailable choline source and crosses into the brain efficiently, which is why it was chosen over cheaper choline salts. LITSKI contains 300 mg to support choline availability, the nervous system and the liver.
Astaxanthin · 8 mg
Astaxanthin is a carotenoid made by microalgae and one of the strongest natural antioxidants known. Its special trick is where it works: inside cell membranes, protecting territory that water-soluble antioxidants cannot reach.
It completes the antioxidant cover that NAC and silymarin provide. LITSKI contains 8 mg, at the top of the commonly studied daily range.
