Cancellation policy for subscriptions

The LITSKI yearly plan is billed once per year and delivered as 4 quarterly shipments of 3 bottles.

You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@shounow.com from the email address used for your order. Cancellation stops all future renewals and charges. Shipments already paid for in your current plan year will still be delivered.

As an EU consumer you also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the full amount, minus the value of any shipments already delivered and unsealed.

We will remind you by email before your plan renews.
