Two capsules with water is your daily baseline, and you can take up to three doses a day. As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules, 1–3 times daily with 8–12 oz of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Never exceed six capsules in a day.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of young children.

Form: N-acetyl-L-cysteine
Glutathione, one of the body's most important antioxidants, is built from cysteine. NAC is a direct and well-studied source of cysteine.
